Are you passionate about building impactful products and eager to dive into the world of SaaS? Contentful is seeking a motivated and curious Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This is an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product lifecycle management within a fast-paced, innovative SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with experienced Product Managers, engineers, and designers, contributing to the development and enhancement of our core content platform. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist Product Managers in defining, documenting, and prioritizing product requirements and user stories.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Support the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback to inform future product decisions.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to product documentation, including feature specifications and release notes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, SaaS, and product management.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Prior experience with content management systems (CMS) or API-first platforms.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
