We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketplace Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As a Marketplace Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our product listings and sales performance on key e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay. You will be responsible for driving traffic, increasing conversions, and enhancing brand visibility across these crucial channels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in marketplace management.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other relevant marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compelling content.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve product ranking, visibility, and sales performance across all managed marketplaces.
- Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance search engine visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on performance.
- Manage advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon PPC, eBay Promoted Listings) to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to ensure a cohesive marketplace strategy.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback related to marketplace products in conjunction with customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, algorithms, and best practices.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential for this remote role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing product listings and sales on Amazon and/or eBay.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience with other international marketplaces or e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
