Join Südzucker AG as a Mint Field Laborer in Taufkirchen, Bavaria. This role is essential for the cultivation and harvesting of high-quality mint crops. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are physically fit, eager to work outdoors, and possess good communication skills in English to ensure clear directives and team collaboration. No prior experience in agriculture is strictly necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our mint fields, contributing directly to our supply chain.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform general agricultural tasks in mint fields, including planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting.
• Operate basic farm equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
• Assist with irrigation systems setup and maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors, communicating clearly in English.
• Adhere to all company policies and agricultural best practices.
