This is a unique opportunity for individuals who may not speak German but possess a strong work ethic and a desire to work outdoors. You will be an integral part of our harvesting team, responsible for collecting mustard seeds with precision and care, ensuring the quality standards that Nestlé is known for. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent entry-level role for those eager to learn and grow within a global company.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Harvest mustard seeds manually or using specialized equipment, following established procedures.
• Inspect seeds for quality and remove any impurities or unwanted materials.
• Operate and maintain harvesting tools and light machinery safely.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Report any issues or concerns regarding crop quality or equipment functionality.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Assist with other general farm duties as required.
