We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our dynamic ‚Tech Start-up‘ unit within Capgemini’s Eschborn office. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fast-paced environment, providing comprehensive administrative support, and fostering a positive, productive atmosphere for our innovative team. Fluency in English is essential, as you will be supporting a diverse, international group of professionals focused on cutting-edge technological solutions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Oversee office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to provide a safe and pleasant working environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical setup.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and calendar management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources.
  • Organize and support company events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
  • Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures.
  • Manage security protocols and access control for the office space.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in office administration or management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
