Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our corporate finance team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to our global operations from anywhere in Germany. You will be responsible for providing critical financial insights, performing comprehensive analyses, and supporting strategic decision-making across various business units. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and proficiency in English to operate effectively within our international corporate environment.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to support business performance reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
- Support the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and business cases.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with corporate standards.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role (3+ years)
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Familiarity with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- CFA or other relevant professional certification
- Experience in a large multinational corporate environment
- Knowledge of German (B1 level or higher) is a plus but not required
