Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments and teams.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up IT equipment for presentations, and manage catering requests.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees, including workstation setup and initial documentation.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and functional office environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
