Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PPC Account Manager to join our dynamic remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of international clients. As a PPC Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing successful pay-per-click strategies across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and client satisfaction. You will work closely with clients and internal teams, providing expert guidance and performance insights.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad features to ensure best practices are always applied.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and addressing any concerns.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams (SEO, social media, content) to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall growth of the PPC department.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
  • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns to achieve specific client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, for client communication and ad copy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience with bid management tools and reporting platforms.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping).
  • Experience with international PPC campaigns and localization strategies.
  • Knowledge of other digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media Marketing).
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies for ad copy and landing pages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
