We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled PR & Communications Manager (English Native) to join our team in Leoben. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that enhance AT&S’s reputation, strengthen our brand presence, and effectively communicate our technological leadership to a global audience. This position requires exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, a deep understanding of the tech sector, and native English proficiency.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage media relations, including proactive outreach to tech and business journalists, and responding to media inquiries.
• Create compelling content for press releases, corporate messages, presentations, website copy, and social media channels.
• Act as a primary contact for international media, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze PR effectiveness, and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, R&D, HR) to identify communication opportunities and ensure message alignment.
• Support crisis communication efforts, developing and executing plans to mitigate reputational risks.
• Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and media briefings.
• Oversee content localization and ensure brand consistency across all communication touchpoints.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Native English speaker with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably within the tech or manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and established relationships with relevant journalists/influencers.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with a track record of producing engaging and impactful content.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise messages.
• Proficiency in communication tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
