Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our technology team in Fürstenfeld, Austria. This pivotal role involves driving the strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for our next-generation software and hardware products within a specific business unit. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, ensuring that we build the right products for our customers, with a keen focus on user experience, market needs, and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills in English, and a proven track record of managing successful product lifecycles.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products, aligning with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Prioritize product backlog and work closely with agile development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on products based on data-driven insights.
• Act as a product evangelist, communicating product value and features to internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment (hardware or software).
• Strong technical understanding and ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, for international communication.
• Demonstrated ability to define and launch successful products.
• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with IoT, AI, or cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with the industrial automation or smart infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
