This role is for a highly motivated Product Manager (Tech) to join our innovative team in Seibersdorf. You will be instrumental in defining, developing, and launching groundbreaking technology products, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technical product lifecycles and a passion for creating impactful solutions. As an English-speaking role, excellent communication skills in English are essential for interacting with our diverse international teams and stakeholders.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific tech product area.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
• Translate market and user requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize product backlog and work closely with engineering teams throughout the agile development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
• Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to continuously improve the product.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex technical concepts.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching innovative products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with specific industry software or platforms relevant to Siemens' tech areas (e.g., IoT, industrial automation, AI).
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking.
• Certifications in Product Management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).
• German language skills are a plus, but not required for this English-speaking role.
