We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Recycling Plant Sorters at our facility in Fürth. This is a steady employment opportunity with consistent hours, ideal for those looking for a stable job in an essential industry. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for sorting various materials, ensuring high-quality output for recycling and minimizing waste. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Manually sort and separate different types of recyclable materials (e.g., plastics, paper, glass, metals) on a conveyor belt or sorting line.
- Identify and remove non-recyclable items or contaminants from the material stream.
- Ensure sorted materials meet quality standards for further processing.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding material flow and operational issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support plant operations.
