We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Payroll Specialist (English) to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity, allowing you to contribute from anywhere. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing exceptional support to our internal teams and external clients. This role requires strong communication skills in English and a meticulous approach to data management. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Process multi-country payrolls accurately and on time, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with federal, cantonal, and company payroll policies and procedures.
- Respond to and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit necessary payroll reports to management and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities and audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and best practices.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude.

- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Swiss payroll regulations or multi-country payroll processing.
- Background in accounting or finance.
