We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Product Manager to join our innovative tech product team. This role is crucial for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key features within our next-generation software solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver products that delight customers and achieve business goals. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Donaustadt region, contributing to a global team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify new opportunities and requirements.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
• Prioritize product backlog and manage feature development from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on features to optimize user engagement and business outcomes.
• Communicate product updates, release plans, and performance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a product evangelist, both internally and externally.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a remote or distributed team setting.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
