Are you a highly motivated, English-speaking individual with a passion for fashion and a keen interest in retail management? ZARA is offering an exciting Retail Management Internship opportunity in Weimar, Germany. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of retail operations, visual merchandising, customer service, and team leadership within a fast-paced international environment. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist the store management team in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and apply visual merchandising guidelines to ensure an appealing store presentation.
• Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Help with staff training and development initiatives.
• Analyze sales data and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
