H&M Freiberg is looking for a vibrant and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in the heart of this historic tourist town. You will be instrumental in creating an inviting shopping experience for all our customers, with a special focus on assisting our English-speaking clientele. Your role will involve engaging with customers, providing styling advice, handling transactions, and ensuring the store is always organized and visually appealing. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, primarily in English and German.
• Provide product information, styling advice, and help customers locate items within the store.
• Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system, handle returns and exchanges.
• Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor, ensuring all products are correctly priced and displayed.
• Support inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing new deliveries.
• Actively contribute to achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies to better serve customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written) to effectively communicate with international tourists.
• Proficiency in conversational German.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy boxes (up to 15 kg).
