Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates based in Switzerland, requiring excellent English communication skills. As a Risk Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various business operations. You will develop and implement risk management strategies, provide expert advice to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a proactive approach to risk, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients and projects, contributing directly to the security and success of our operations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and strategic risks.
• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management into business processes.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on risk-related matters to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop and deliver risk awareness training programs for employees.
• Lead and participate in incident response planning and business continuity efforts.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk controls and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes impacting the business.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as FRM, PRM, or similar.
• Experience with risk management software platforms.
• Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory landscape for financial services.
• Ability to communicate in German or French is a plus.
