We are seeking a diligent and efficient Store Restocker to join our team in St. Gallen. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our shelves are consistently stocked, organized, and presentable, providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an immediate start for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of store appearance and product availability.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Receive, unload, and unpack merchandise deliveries efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves, displays, and refrigerators with new products according to planograms and company standards.
• Rotate stock to ensure proper inventory management, minimize waste, and adhere to expiry dates.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and in the backroom, reporting shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom and sales floor at all times.
• Assist customers with product location and basic inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner when needed.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects regularly (up to 20kg).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate stocking and presentation.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
• Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
• Fluent in German, essential for communication within the team and with customers.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a retail, grocery, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating a pallet jack or similar material handling equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
