Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Store Supervisor to join our luxury retail team in St. Moritz. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a passion for high-end retail and outstanding customer service. As a Store Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our store, ensuring a seamless and elevated experience for all customers. You will support the Store Manager in leading and motivating our team, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets. Proficiency in German is NOT a requirement for this position, but excellent English communication skills are essential.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, merchandising, and stock control.
- Ensure the store maintains impeccable visual merchandising standards, reflecting the Globus brand image.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures, and daily sales reports.
- Train new staff members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean retail environment for both customers and staff.

- Proven experience in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory or senior sales role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
