We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Subscription Box Kitter to join our dynamic logistics team in St. Gallen. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately assembling and packing various subscription boxes according to specific customer and product requirements. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Precisely assemble subscription boxes by selecting and packing specified items.
• Ensure all contents match the packing list and meet quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished boxes to prevent errors.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse cleanliness.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
• Good physical stamina, capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 15 kg regularly.
• Basic computer literacy for scanning and data entry.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Previous experience in a warehouse, kitting, or fulfillment role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Basic knowledge of German or another Swiss national language is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
