Are you looking for a unique opportunity to work outdoors, connect with nature, and be part of a vibrant team? Raiffeisen Agrarzentrum Erlangen is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sunflower Field Helpers for the upcoming season. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work in a beautiful environment and are eager to contribute to the growth and maintenance of our stunning sunflower fields. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with planting, weeding, and general field maintenance of sunflower crops.
• Participate in the harvesting process of sunflowers, potentially including manual cutting and gathering.
• Help prepare fields for planting, including soil preparation and irrigation setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the fields and surrounding work areas.
• Assist with other general farm duties as required, adapting to seasonal needs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures diligently.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors for extended periods, including bending, lifting, and walking.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various farm tasks.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in agriculture, gardening, or outdoor labor is a plus but not required.
