Are you looking for an entry-level opportunity in a dynamic production environment? We are seeking a T-Shirt Screen Printing Helper to join our team in Rheydt. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn the craft of screen printing. You will play a crucial role in supporting our skilled screen printing operators, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Fluency in English is required to understand instructions and communicate effectively within our diverse team.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist screen printing operators with machine setup and operation.
• Prepare screens for printing by cleaning, coating, and reclaiming them.
• Mix and prepare inks according to specified color formulas.
• Load and unload T-shirts and other apparel onto printing machines.
• Monitor print quality, identifying and reporting any imperfections.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on screen printing equipment.
• Package finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
