Are you passionate about people and eager to learn the ropes of talent acquisition in a fast-paced, international environment? Zalando is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, supporting our efforts to attract and hire the best talent from around the globe. You’ll work closely with experienced recruiters, contribute to various recruitment projects, and help us maintain an excellent candidate experience. No German language skills are required for this role, making it perfect for international candidates looking to kickstart their career in Berlin!

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support recruiters in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and employer branding content.
• Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify talent pools and industry trends.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving our recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree program.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in G-Suite or Microsoft Office applications.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience in an office environment or an internship, particularly in HR or administration.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employer branding best practices.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural setting.
