We are seeking a diligent and motivated Tomatillo Farm Helper to join our agricultural team in Rapperswil-Jona. This full-time, on-site position involves various tasks related to the cultivation, care, and harvesting of tomatillos. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and work collaboratively with our diverse team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in sustainable farming practices.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with planting, weeding, pruning, and general care of tomatillo plants.
• Participate in the harvesting and initial processing/packing of tomatillos.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, as needed.
• Implement irrigation schedules and monitor plant health.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and agricultural best practices.
• Report any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor.
