We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated University Lecturer to join our esteemed faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting innovative research, and contributing to the academic life of the university. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessment methods in alignment with university standards.
• Supervise student research projects, dissertations, and theses.
• Conduct original research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present findings at national and international conferences.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, committees, and academic initiatives.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methodologies and curriculum.
• Engage with external stakeholders and foster collaborations where appropriate.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• PhD in a relevant academic discipline.
• Demonstrated excellence in university-level teaching.
• Proven track record of high-quality research and publications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collegial and interdisciplinary environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); working knowledge of German is a plus.
