We are seeking a talented and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic English-speaking digital agency team in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences for a diverse range of clients. You will work on projects from conception to launch, collaborating closely with strategists, developers, and project managers to translate complex requirements into user-centered designs. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver pixel-perfect user interfaces, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Present and articulate design decisions to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and methodologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability heuristics.
• Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to conduct and analyze user research.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working in an agency environment or on complex enterprise projects.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand technical constraints.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or animation principles for UI.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
