Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Watchmaker specializing in Precision Horology to join our esteemed team in Neubrandenburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for the meticulous repair, maintenance, and restoration of high-end mechanical and quartz timepieces from various renowned brands. This role demands exceptional dexterity, an unwavering eye for detail, and a deep understanding of complex watch movements. You will work in a modern workshop environment, utilizing specialized tools and adhering to the highest industry standards.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform diagnostic assessments and estimates for watch repairs.
• Execute full overhauls, routine maintenance, and complex repairs of mechanical and quartz watches.
• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch movements with precision.
• Regulate and adjust movements to ensure optimal timekeeping accuracy.
• Replace worn or damaged components, including escapement parts, gears, springs, and crystals.
• Conduct water resistance testing and casing work.
• Maintain meticulous records of work performed and parts used.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards and brand-specific repair guidelines.
• Keep abreast of new horological technologies and repair techniques.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Watchmaker with a focus on high-end timepieces.
• Exceptional manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Profound knowledge of mechanical and quartz watch movements.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficiency with specialized watchmaking tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• WOSTEP, SAWTA, or equivalent internationally recognized watchmaking certification.
• Experience with specific luxury watch brands (e.g., Rolex, Patek Philippe, Omega, Cartier).
• Fluency in German is a plus, but not strictly required.
• Experience in customer interaction regarding repair estimates or technical explanations.
