Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wind Turbine Technician to join our onsite team in the Aschheim region. This critical role involves the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of wind turbine generators and associated equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our wind farm assets, contributing directly to our mission of providing clean, sustainable energy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in varying weather conditions.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections on wind turbine generators and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems to diagnose and resolve faults.
• Execute repairs and replacements of components in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough safety checks and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including service reports, fault logs, and maintenance records.
• Monitor turbine performance and escalate complex issues to senior technicians or engineering teams.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working order.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Wind Turbine Technician or in a similar industrial maintenance role.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to wind farm sites.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Vocational training or an associate's degree in electrical, mechanical, or wind energy technology.
• GWO (Global Wind Organisation) certified (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Sea Survival if applicable).
• Experience with specific turbine models (e.g., Siemens Gamesa, Vestas, GE).
• Familiarity with SCADA systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
