Are you a proactive and detail-oriented student looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing and email automation? We are seeking a motivated Working Student to join our marketing team at DHL eCommerce Solutions in Duisburg. In this role, you will support the development, execution, and optimization of our email marketing campaigns, playing a key role in engaging our customers and driving conversions. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your theoretical knowledge in a real-world corporate environment, working with industry-leading tools and a diverse international team. No German language skills are required for this position, as our internal communication and team environment are primarily English-speaking.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of email automation workflows and campaigns.
• Support the creation and localization of email content, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity.
• Perform A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize performance.
• Monitor email campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Segment customer lists and ensure data accuracy within our CRM and email marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and IT teams to implement new features and improve existing processes.
• Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, trends, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, particularly email marketing and automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
