We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our dynamic Marketing team, focusing on email automation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious student to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a leading international retail company. You will play a key role in supporting the development, execution, and optimization of automated email campaigns, ensuring our communications are timely, relevant, and impactful. Fluency in German is not required for this role, as our internal team language for this specific function can be English.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of email automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Support the creation and scheduling of email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and transactional messages.
• Contribute to A/B testing efforts to optimize email performance (subject lines, content, CTAs).
• Help with data segmentation and audience targeting to ensure personalized communication.
• Monitor email campaign performance metrics and generate basic reports.
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure email assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and automation.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) in all email activities.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other digital marketing initiatives as needed.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of email marketing principles and concepts.
• Familiarity with at least one email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template editing is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
