We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Working Student (Werkstudent) with a passion for graphic design to join our dynamic team in Martigny. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment, contributing to real client projects and developing your design skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. You will support our design team across various tasks, from concept development to final execution, working with a diverse range of media.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist senior designers in creating visual assets for various marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
• Develop and refine design concepts based on project briefs and creative direction.
• Prepare design files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Conduct research on design trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
• Support the team with ad-hoc design tasks and administrative duties as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to creative projects.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take direction.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of web design principles (UX/UI).
