Join FELIX Austria as a Pea Field Laborer for our exciting summer harvest season in Villach, Carinthia! This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to the food production process, and be part of a dedicated team. You will be responsible for various tasks related to the harvesting of peas, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the collection process. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, value teamwork, and are looking for a short-term, impactful job during the summer months.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Hand-picking peas from fields as directed, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Operating and assisting with light farm machinery and equipment, if required.
• Sorting and packing harvested peas into designated containers.
• Transporting filled containers to collection points.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area in the fields.
• Following all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.
• Assisting with general field maintenance tasks as needed.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
