We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parsley Farm Assistant to join our team in Linz, Upper Austria. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about agriculture, enjoy working outdoors, and are eager to learn about fresh produce cultivation. You will play a crucial role in the entire parsley production cycle, from planting to harvest, ensuring our produce meets the highest standards of quality and freshness. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the planting and cultivation of parsley crops, including preparing soil and planting seedlings.
• Perform routine farm maintenance tasks such as weeding, watering, and pest management.
• Carefully harvest parsley and other fresh produce, ensuring minimal damage and optimal freshness.
• Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce according to company quality standards.
• Operate basic farm equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues or concerns to the farm supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm areas and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
