• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, documenting all maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist with data entry and management of patient information and test results in the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality assurance standards, and accreditation requirements.
• Prepare reagents and solutions as needed for various laboratory procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and other laboratory personnel regarding sample status or issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
