We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Computer Vision Specialist with expertise in Deep Learning to join our innovative team in Zittau. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying cutting-edge computer vision solutions for various industrial applications. You will work on challenging projects, from concept to implementation, focusing on object detection, image segmentation, and anomaly detection using state-of-the-art deep learning techniques. This hybrid role requires a presence in our Zittau office for collaborative work and access to specialized hardware, alongside flexibility for remote work.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and implement computer vision algorithms and deep learning models for industrial automation and quality control.
• Collect, preprocess, and augment large datasets for training and validation of deep learning models.
• Evaluate and optimize model performance, accuracy, and efficiency on target hardware.
• Integrate computer vision solutions into existing software and hardware systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and domain experts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision and deep learning research.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement processes.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex issues related to model deployment and performance.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
• Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Extensive experience with computer vision libraries like OpenCV.
• Demonstrated expertise in object detection, image segmentation, and classification.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for model training and deployment.
• Solid understanding of machine learning principles and data science methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
