We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in Mödling. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance within a global company. Specifically, we welcome candidates with strong English language skills, as a significant portion of the role will involve testing English-language interfaces, documentation, and user experiences for our international products and services. You will work closely with experienced QA engineers and development teams, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for software applications.
- Perform manual functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on English-language interfaces.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies in English.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of bugs.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on usability and user experience for English-speaking users.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team meetings.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal (C1/C2 level).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and QA principles.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application testing concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Basic knowledge of automated testing concepts or scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Prior internship experience in a technical role.
