Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our flagship store in the vibrant tourist area of Lugano. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-renowned brand and play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing store operations, and cultivating an exceptional customer experience for our diverse international clientele. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a proven track record in retail management, particularly within high-footfall tourist environments, and possess a deep understanding of luxury goods or watch retail.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met for a global customer base.
  • Manage store budgets, payroll, and expenses to optimize profitability.
  • Implement and maintain brand visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and inviting store environment.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and training to staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Liaise with regional management and headquarters to ensure alignment with company policies and initiatives.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury or tourist-focused environment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in English and Italian (additional languages a strong asset).
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Proficiency in retail POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for luxury products, particularly watches or jewelry.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German or French.
  • Experience working with international clientele.
  • Knowledge of local market trends in Lugano's tourist sector.
