Join our agricultural team as a Soybean Harvest Helper for the upcoming season! This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for seasonal work in Germany, with no prior German language skills required. You will play a crucial role in the successful harvesting of soybeans, contributing directly to our agricultural operations. This role involves physical work in an outdoor environment, supporting our efforts to bring quality agricultural products from the field to our processing facilities. While the base for this recruitment is in Hamburg, the actual harvest work will take place at various farm locations in the surrounding regions, with transportation provided or facilitated.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the operation and maintenance of harvest machinery under supervision.
• Handle and transport harvested soybean crops to designated collection points.
• Perform general farm duties, including field preparation and clean-up.
• Inspect and report any issues with equipment or crop conditions.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a diverse and international team to meet harvest targets.
