We are seeking an experienced and highly strategic Key Account Manager to join our team in Zurich, focusing on our most valuable global clients. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their complex business needs, and driving the adoption of Accenture’s comprehensive suite of services and solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong commercial acumen, and exceptional relationship-building skills to navigate intricate client organizations and deliver sustainable growth.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Accenture's footprint within assigned global accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients' business challenges and proactively identifying opportunities for Accenture to provide innovative solutions.
- Lead complex negotiations and contract renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams, solution architects, and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client industry developments to anticipate future needs and position Accenture effectively.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic reviews to both client and internal leadership.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing global accounts.
- Manage the overall client relationship lifecycle, from initial engagement through ongoing service delivery and expansion.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proven track record of success in key account management or strategic client relationship roles, preferably within a global consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex global accounts, achieving significant revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
- Strong understanding of business processes, digital transformation, and industry-specific challenges.
- Strategic thinker with analytical prowess and a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
- Ability to travel internationally as required to meet client needs.
