Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and thrive in a fast-paced environment? HubSpot is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Intern to join our fully remote team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, learn industry-leading practices, and contribute directly to customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with experienced Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and cross-functional teams, supporting our English-speaking client base. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Germany.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist Customer Success Managers in managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Help prepare for customer meetings, including creating presentations, reports, and summary documents.
- Conduct research on customer industry trends and challenges to identify opportunities for value creation.
- Support the onboarding process for new customers by coordinating resources and documentation.
- Field basic customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer success resources, such as FAQs, best practice guides, and templates.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to deepen understanding of HubSpot products and customer success methodologies.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency is a must).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic technology environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and digital marketing concepts.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role or internship.
