Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Germany. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will play a crucial role in managing significant budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search (SEM), paid social, display, and affiliate channels.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale large-scale campaigns to meet and exceed ROI and efficiency targets.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, leveraging data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Oversee budget allocation and forecasting, ensuring efficient spend and maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, analytics, product, and tech, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Implement A/B testing frameworks to continually improve campaign effectiveness and user experience.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify new channels and growth opportunities to expand Zalando's reach and market share.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing significant budgets and achieving KPIs.
  • Expertise in managing campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant DSPs/ad networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and incrementality testing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and strategies clearly.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Experience with advanced programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
