We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Munich. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across our manufacturing operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of world-class vehicles without the requirement for German language proficiency, as we embrace a diverse and international workforce.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for automotive components and assemblies.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain to ensure seamless product launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement new manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement robust solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation and work instructions.
• Manage projects related to process improvements and new product introduction.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and process simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with robotics and automation in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and digital manufacturing solutions.
