We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Esports Tournament Admin to join our remote team. This crucial role ensures the smooth operation, fairness, and integrity of our online esports tournaments, with a primary focus on English-speaking events. You will be at the forefront of competitive gaming, responsible for enforcing rules, resolving disputes, and maintaining a high standard of play for our diverse player base. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being an integral part of a global esports powerhouse.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Oversee live tournament matches, ensuring strict adherence to official rules and regulations.
• Promptly address and resolve in-game disputes, player conduct issues, and technical difficulties.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with players, team managers, and broadcast teams in English.
• Accurately manage tournament brackets, schedules, and results using designated administration platforms.
• Provide real-time support and answer rules-related questions to ensure a clear understanding for all participants.
• Collaborate with production and broadcast teams to facilitate a seamless and engaging viewer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tournament rulesets, operational procedures, and admin tools.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and player feedback for post-tournament analysis and reporting.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional clarity.
• Strong understanding of competitive esports environments and game mechanics, preferably within titles like League of Legends or Valorant.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, capable of making fair decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and professional demeanor.
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently within a remote team structure.
• Proficiency with various communication and tournament administration tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, dedicated tournament platforms).
