Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Remote Scrum Master with strong Agile Coaching capabilities to join our dynamic and distributed team. This is a 100% remote position. You will be instrumental in fostering Agile principles, guiding development teams, and optimizing our software delivery processes. Your primary goal will be to empower self-organizing, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently, while also providing coaching to enhance overall organizational agility.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Facilitate Scrum events (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively and impartially.
• Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, removing impediments and fostering a healthy team environment.
• Coach Product Owners on backlog refinement and effective stakeholder communication.
• Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Assess the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coach the team to higher levels of maturity, at a sustainable pace.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or judgment, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
• Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
• Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.
• Provide advanced agile coaching to multiple teams, leaders, and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
• Stay current with new trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
• Proven experience with various Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
• Strong understanding of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., A-CSM, PSM II).
• Certified Agile Coach (e.g., ICP-ACC, CSC).
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, DaD).
• Background in software development or QA.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile lifecycle management tools.
• Experience coaching at multiple organizational levels.
