We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Broccoli Farm Laborers in Bremerhaven. This entry-level position is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are physically fit. As a vital part of our production team, you will be involved in various aspects of broccoli cultivation, from planting to harvesting. English speaking ability is required for effective team communication and understanding safety instructions. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual tasks related to broccoli cultivation, including planting, weeding, thinning, and harvesting.
• Operate basic farm machinery and tools under supervision, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Inspect crops for quality, pests, and diseases, reporting findings to supervisors.
• Assist with irrigation and fertilization activities as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm areas and equipment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to health and safety.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
