Join our dedicated team as a Mushroom Harvesting Operative and play a vital role in our year-round cultivation efforts. This position involves the careful and efficient harvesting of various mushroom varieties in a controlled environment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting. Experience in agriculture or similar roles is a plus, but comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Execute daily mushroom harvesting tasks according to quality standards and production schedules.
• Identify and select mushrooms ready for harvest based on size, maturity, and appearance.
• Handle mushrooms carefully to prevent damage and ensure optimal quality for packaging.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict hygiene and food safety protocols.
• Assist with other cultivation-related tasks as needed, including substrate preparation and environmental monitoring.
• Report any issues with crop health or equipment to supervisors promptly.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
