This full-time, on-site role is perfect for individuals eager to learn and grow within the plastics manufacturing industry. As a Plastics Extrusion Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation of our extrusion lines, ensuring the smooth and efficient production of high-quality plastic products.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist extrusion machine operators with setting up and running production lines.
• Load raw materials (plastic pellets, additives) into extrusion machines.
• Monitor machine operation and product output for basic quality control.
• Cut, trim, and package finished plastic products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machine cleaning and waste removal.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Support inventory management by moving and organizing materials.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Basic English communication skills (reading, understanding, speaking).
• Physical ability to lift and move materials (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
