We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Store Supervisor to join our team in Essen, North Rhine-Westphalia. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic supermarket environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth daily operation of the store, motivating staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Fluency in German is NOT a requirement for this position; we welcome applications from all backgrounds who meet the experience and skill criteria.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of store assistants to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
• Manage inventory, including stock ordering, rotation, and loss prevention.
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
• Oversee merchandise display, ensuring products are well-stocked, clean, and attractively presented.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist with cash handling procedures and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
