Join SPAR Austria as a Kumato Picker in our state-of-the-art distribution center in Graz. This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are keen to contribute to our supply chain operations. We are looking for reliable and motivated team members to carefully select and prepare Kumato tomatoes for distribution to our stores. No prior experience is necessary, and we warmly welcome English-speaking applicants.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately pick and sort Kumato tomatoes according to quality standards and order specifications.
• Inspect produce for quality and freshness, discarding any substandard items.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks (training provided).
• Ensure efficient and timely completion of picking tasks to meet dispatch schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Adhere to all company safety and food hygiene policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20kg regularly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a warehouse or food handling environment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic German language skills are an advantage, but not essential.
• Valid driver's license (not mandatory for the role itself, but beneficial for commute).
