In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, providing exceptional support and guidance across various channels. You’ll play a crucial role in building trust, resolving inquiries, and ensuring our community has a seamless and positive experience with our platform. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Provide outstanding customer support via email, chat, and potentially phone in English.
  • Effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding our products and services.
  • Educate users on platform features, investment options, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer support processes and knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with product changes, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and common office applications.
